After an intensive needs assessment from data and focus group feedback, analyzing culture, positive climate, existing in house training, employee needs, employee’s reading, writing and mathematical ability. We will provide you with a customized in-house professional development plan.This plan may include extensive academic assistance for those who need it. This plan will be unique in several ways:
- It will be written by an experienced instructional designer who will create training based on over 50 years of research of best practices in explicit instructional techniques.
- This training will be provided in a scripted template that your current leadership team will be trained to eventually provide in house.We will model all new strategies and guide the practice of your employees/managers. Through continuous assessment we will insure successful independence of your PD training.
